The photo shows a graphic sketch for the panel "Friendship of Nations" from 1962 (according to the Ukrainian-language inscription in simple pencil under the photo), probably made in Moscow, as well as the final version of the composition, a photo of which is kept in Antonina Ivanova's archive in the Gallery. The two oval medallions depict a Turkmen and a Turkmen woman in pairs, dressed in national costume, and a Kyrgyz and a Kyrgyz woman (according to the pencil inscriptions on the image made probably by the artist herself). The style of these works is consistent with the artist's practice in the 1920s and earlier (1912–1918).
