Object description
The miniature represents a bust-length image of a young man with light brown curly hair , who is depicted against the blue background. He is dressed in the fashion of the Directory period (1794–1799), namely in a brown jacket and a light-pink vest; there is a white tie around his neck. The metal frame is decorated with faceted crystal inserts along the edges.
