Object description
The Church of Sts. Peter and Paul in Komarno is shown. The original brick church was destroyed during the First World War. This plan is probably part of an alternative project by Yevhen Nahirnyi for the reconstruction of this church, which was not implemented. According to it, the church was to remain a one-nave building with facades divided by simple classical pilasters. The architect proposed to place three wooden domes above the new gabled roof, like in the three-domed folk churches (Lev Kh., Slobodian V., Filevych N. 100 Churches of the Nahirnyi family.
