Object description
It is a longitudinal section, the plan of which coincides with that of Vasyl Nahirnyi's church in Kalush but with one dome instead of five. It is a three-nave building, the central part of which is square and has four pillars. A rectangular narthex and a semicircular apse crowned with a concha are attached to the square. A hemispherical dome tops the crossing. There is a cellar under the central part of the church. The decoration shows a combination of neo-Byzantine and neo-Renaissance / neo-Classical influences.
Inscriptions
At the top right are notes in ink: "Bohorodchany. Kalush / further illegible /". On the back is a seal: "Engineer-Architect Yevhen Nahirnyi", in which the columns "Project", "Estimate", "Copy", "Reviewed", "Lviv____/____" and "Archive pt. ___" are not filled in. The column "Figure pt." has the number "1057" filled in.
