Object description
The russian-language inscription on the back, written in purple ballpoint pen, reads: "Ivanova A. M. with the builders of the Narzan baths near Elbrus 1935 Kabardino-Balkaria". The photograph shows Antonina Ivanova (sitting on the far left with a stick), Mykhailo Lezviev (according to researcher M. Maksymiv, a man in a hat standing in profile) and a group of five currently unidentified individuals. As stated in the caption, these are the "builders of the Narzan baths", among whom may be the leaders and coordinators of this process, particularly N. Khrisanov, G. Nevraiev, S. Kochnev, and A. Chernetsov, whose photographs have not yet been found. The man on the far right, wearing militarised clothing with no insignia, is likely to be a representative of the local party leadership.
